Who handles your data
Raio is a brand of Skylens BR Sistemas Inteligentes Ltda (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 49.946.214/0001-44), Av. Paulo de Frontin, 752, sala 204, Aterrado, Volta Redonda, RJ, 27213-270, Brazil, which is the controller of the data processed on this site. What we collect
Only what you type into the Raio-X form:
- name;
- company or line of work, and sector;
- email and phone or WhatsApp;
- what takes the most time in your business and the best time to talk, if you fill them in.
Along with your request, we store the date, the page language, the page you came from and, if you arrived through a link with a code (for example, from a sales rep), that code.
Please don’t put sensitive personal data, or information about your customers, patients or cases, in the form. If you need to discuss that, we’ll handle it in the conversation, with the care it needs.
This site does not use tracking cookies or visitor analytics.
What we use it for
- Getting in touch to schedule your Raio-X.
- Preparing for the conversation by understanding your sector and your problem first.
- Knowing which channel brought in your request.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the pre-contract steps you asked for, under Brazil’s data protection law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where it’s stored
Requests are stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace), accessible only to the Raio team. Google may store this data on servers outside Brazil, under its own security rules. The site’s fonts are also loaded from Google’s servers, which receive visitors’ IP addresses. The site is hosted by Hostinger.
Who we share it with
No one. We don’t sell, rent or pass on your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your request, unless you become a client. In that case, your data follows the contract. After that, it’s deleted.
Project data
When you become a client, your business data used in the project is covered by its own contract and confidentiality agreement, signed before we start. This policy covers only what’s collected on this site.
Your rights
You can ask at any time, free of charge, to confirm we hold your data, access it, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Just email contato@raioagency.com. You can also contact Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too.
